Evolve Events styling and theming team will draw up a range of ideas relating to your chosen concept and venue, and work with you to create a very stylish and fun event. We can also demonstrate how your event styling and theming will look on the day by having our illustrator sketch a design plan from the creative options you have chosen.

Whether it is a seated dinner for 50 people or a barbeque for a 1000 guests we will provide you with a magnificent range of imaginative and delicious menu options, and give you the opportunity to sample the food you will be serving your guests at your event.
We work with many performers offering unique skills, as we prefer to offer our clients fresh and new event entertainment options. However, we can source any entertainment you require whether it is a speaker, band, comedian or other performer as we have direct ties with many of the best agents.
Evolve Events & Venues work very closely with musicians, bands and DJ's, as we understand that their contribution can often make or break an occasion. We use professional, talented and reliable event musicians knowing their music will add a special dimension to your event. We can request any performer that you may want and will always work to ensure that the entertainment is a highlight of your event.
We work with a range of professional photographers on all of our events, selecting them according to the nature of the job and the particular photographic requirements of your event.
