Catering

We provide catering management and consultancy that ensures a successful event. Holding our own stock of catering equipment and our own team of catering staff we are able to secure a quality product while keeping events cost efficient for you. From canapé to bowl food receptions, buffets to live food stations or light lunches to gala dinners we will work with you to create a delicious menu and exacting service standards.

Entertainment

We provide creative entertainment solutions that emulate and enhance the style of the occasion and fit with the type of audience you are expecting. We can provide everything from single acts such as caricaturists, illusionists and musicians to full choreographed stage shows, giant Wii's and celebrity acts. We are happy to do this as part of a full event management service or as a stand alone support.

Graphics and Animation

Our in-house graphic development team harness modern technology to create amazing visual imagery and graphics and animation that will enthuse and grab your guest's attention. Our team will always look for a creative angle whilst staying within your corporate brand guidelines and keeping your overall message clear.

Showcalling

We have 9 years of showcalling awards and conferences ensuring that all aspects of your show are delivered faultlessly. We are capable of synchronising all elements of VT, autocue, live feeds, visual presentations, sound and live performance creating a show that will surpass your guest's expectations.

Incentive Management

We understand the need for your guests, be they internal sales staff or clients, to have a faultless and memorable experience when going on your incentive trip. We will make sure that nothing is left to chance with all elements researched, planned and experienced by us prior to your guests departing. We build the experience around your wants and needs ensuring time for relaxation, fun and bonding with your guests and colleagues.

Audio-Visual

We have in-house AV specialists who keep constantly up to date on the newest kit and its capabilities providing you with a service and AV solution that will wow your guests. We also carry our own stock of AV kit but are not limited by this and have exclusive relationships with key suppliers allowing us to bring in the most cost effective answer for your event.

Lighting

With prior experience of turning small church halls, old lighthouses, redundant boiler houses and furniture depositories into stunning event venues through the medium of lighting we know how to make the most out of your chosen event venue. With our own lighting kit and external resources we can truly illuminate your occasion.

Travel

From wedding cars, clubbing buses, limousines, coaches, helicopters or simply organising the flights for your group we will ensure that your travel plans run faultlessly. Working with our ATOL protected partner we are also fully insured in case of any failing by an end flight supplier. Our attention to detail and the economies of scale we are able to secure from operators ensure you a cost effective and accurate itinerary.

Photography

We understand that a picture speaks a thousand words and our Evolve photographers will capture the real essence of your occasion. They will always take a full brief from you ensuring the people, the styling and the story of the event are laid down in pictures for you to remember the occasion by. Additionally we are in-tune to corporate requirements with the need to ensure the greatest return on investment from your event. Our pictures will allow you to continue to promote the event and remind people of your brand values.

Floristry

You've got to love flowers. Their scent and the appearance conjures up beautiful images and emotions in people and they always lift the blandest of venues. We will ensure that the flowers at your occasion are truly befitting of the event and the venue be it a wedding at a Victorian townhouse or a dinner at a Royal Palace. We also bring a fresh approach to floristry combining traditional flowers with modern presentation creating an alluring result for you.

Staging

Our experience allows us to deliver unique solutions to your staging needs be they grand or small. We have delivered full staging for large outdoor events and also corporate awards within Grade 1 listed buildings and the limitations these impose. Our staging always has the highest level of finish guaranteeing your safety and your presentation will go faultlessly.

Staffing

With our own staffing division we provide all levels of event staff from event managers, hostesses, catering managers, waiting & bar staff, chefs and porters. All our team are highly trained by us and will always be pro-active, helpful and are passionate about what they do. This allows us to control the overall quality of your event and most importantly the quality of service your important guests are receiving.
