Gary Peters
Gary successfully served the restaurant and bar industry in London and New York for seventeen years as Operations Director for organisations including Ark Restaurants (NYC), Maxwell's and The Cross Keys before launching Evolve eight years ago.
His love and passion for food, design and meticulous planning lead him to exploit an opportunity in the events industry where he could apply his imagination and fresh thinking to events.
Gary adopts a method acting approach to all events where he strongly believes in getting to know clients, their culture, ethos, products and respective competition: If you don't know your clients and their event and business objectives, how can you be creative and forward thinking.

Tom Vine - Project Manager
After completing university as a Journalism graduate Tom worked for the NHS in IT support. This enabled him to embark upon a backpacking tour of the world, which exposed him to a wealth of culture and creative inspiration. Prior to joining Evolve Tom worked in TV production as a freelancer for companies such as ITV and talkbackThames, working on high profile productions such as World Cup 2006, and The Apprentice. Such a demanding and creative environment provided Tom with the perfect grounding in meticulous scheduling, man management, supplier sourcing and production co-ordination, which he has now bought to his event planning.
In addition to his strong communication skills, IT knowledge and 'can do' attitude, Tom provides logistical and operational support to events, and prides himself on developing strong working relationships with all parties involved focusing on client satisfaction.
Michelle Day - General Manager
After graduating from university Michelle began her career with NatWest based at their training centre in Oxfordshire recruiting and managing induction programmes for graduate entrants. Michelle was promoted to Assistant Manager and moved to London to manage an internet based project for the bank. Following nearly 3 years within the corporate world Michelle joined a new design agency as Business Manager where her organisational skill set were central to the successful operation of this start-up agency.
Following a 16 month career break of independent travel to South East Asia and Australia, Michelle joined Evolve and as General Manager co-ordinates and manages all event operations. Her excellent organisational skills and calm approach ensures client's objectives and expectations are always achieved whilst ensuring their events run effortlessly and smoothly.
Nick Perry - Graphics & Animation
Nick Perry has headed up live film and motion graphics for Evolve Events for the past five years. This one stop production facility is geared up to deliver anything from short films; vox pops; motion graphics; sponsor representation to key note speaker graphics. This involves creating exciting, original concepts at the beginning of a project and seeing them through to delivery at the event.
An experienced cameraman, editor and animator, Nick works as an integral part of the client team, together with our show producers, bringing ideas alive with radical, exciting and brilliant design.
In addition to the in-house studio, Nick often works with Evolve's clients in their own offices with a portable edit facility. Our range of services includes DVD authoring and duplication.
Having helped deliver some of Evolve's most spectacular events, Nick is dedicated to constantly developing latest graphic techniques - pushing graphics to the limits.
Emma Reynolds - Producer / Showcaller
Emma is a proven producer of over 3000 events with 20 years experience in the UK events industry. Emma has been Evolves dedicated producer for 5 years and specialises in creating stunning awards shows, conferences and launches.
Emma's background has been as a top level producer with many global corporate brands - she is dedicated to creating the best for Evolve's clients - be it jaw dropping production design for a state of the art awards show or an international corporate summit. Her experience includes production management and logistics for live broadcast events to production planning for massive events of 100,000+ people.
Emma is involved in every aspect of a production - from taking a detailed brief, to concept design, to every aspect of production; stage management and show calling at the event. She thrives on live events and produces colourful, dynamic shows that enthrall - the sky is the limit in terms of design and Evolve's clients have been wowed by the theatre, magic and incredible live performances brought together by Emma and our production team.
Neil Harrison - Technical Production Manager
Neil worked as a studio engineer in various recording studios before moving into the design and production sides of advertising. After 7 years in one of London's top agencies, Neil decided to utilise his technical and artistic expertise and began working at a leading London based AV company.
With over 20 years experience, Neil has a wealth of knowledge regarding optimising the most creative and cost effective solutions for any event, whilst guaranteeing extremely high quality sound and visuals. He is extremely proactive, hands on and will be involved from conceptual stage through to the technical running of the show
